    ESSENTIALis a book about personal development. In each spread there is a text that should serve as a reminder of truths you already know, but which you have unfortunately forgotten due to everyday stress and must or forget away. 

    ESSENTIALcontains 65 wise advice and tips for how to learn to, among other things, enjoying the present more, affirming life, dealing with stress, irritation, aggression, poor self-esteem, expectations from others, judgement, having functioning relationships and much more. In a simple and clear way, the book helps you gain peace of mind and to focus on you and your spiritual and mental well-being.

    ESSENTIALis meant as a guide to your inner wisdom and a tool to help you gain peace of mind and better functioning relationships. Especially the one for yourself. 

    The book has 144 pages. Each spread consists of a text on the right side and empty lines on the left side. In them, the idea is that you should be able to make your own notes and notes. 

    Shipping is added. The price only applies within Sweden. Delivery takes place with Postnord.

      Right of withdrawal

      We primarily apply the conditions applicable in the Distance and Home Sales Act and the Consumer Purchase Act, se www.konsumentverket.se. Private customers, and business customers where this has been specifically agreed upon, have the right to cancel a purchase, without giving any reason, within 14 days (withdrawal period) from the date the item was received.

      If, as a customer, you want to invoke your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of this within the withdrawal period.       You must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days after the day on which you notified us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. The cooling-off period shall be deemed to have been observed if you return the goods before this fourteen-day period has expired.

      When exercising the right of withdrawal, you are responsible for the costs of returning the goods and are responsible for the reduced value of the goods as a result of handling the goods other than what is necessary to determine the characteristics and form of the goods. Returns may not be sent against cash on delivery or cash on delivery.

      IMPORTANT:The right of withdrawal does not apply if the total amount is less than SEK 400.

      Confirmation

      When we have received your order, we will send you a confirmation by e-mail with information about your order. Save the order confirmation to have at hand in case of any contact with us.

      Personal data

      When ordering, you provide your personal data: Name, address, telephone number. When you order products from us, you also agree that your data is used in our business to fulfill our obligations to you. According to the Personal Data Act, you have the right to access the information that we have registered about you. If such information is incorrect, irrelevant or incomplete, you may request that the information be amended or deleted.
