Right of withdrawal
We primarily apply the conditions applicable in the Distance and Home Sales Act and the Consumer Purchase Act, se www.konsumentverket.se. Private customers, and business customers where this has been specifically agreed upon, have the right to cancel a purchase, without giving any reason, within 14 days (withdrawal period) from the date the item was received.
If, as a customer, you want to invoke your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of this within the withdrawal period. You can contact us via kontakt@danielmendoza.se alternatively use the Swedish Consumer Agency's standard form which you can find at www.konsumentverket.se
You must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days after the day on which you notified us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. The cooling-off period shall be deemed to have been observed if you return the goods before this fourteen-day period has expired.
When exercising the right of withdrawal, you are responsible for the costs of returning the goods and are responsible for the reduced value of the goods as a result of handling the goods other than what is necessary to determine the characteristics and form of the goods. Returns may not be sent against cash on delivery or cash on delivery.
Confirmation
When we have received your order, we will send you a confirmation by e-mail with information about your order. Save the order confirmation to have at hand in case of any contact with us.
Personal data
When ordering, you provide your personal data: Name, address, telephone number. When you order products from us, you also agree that your data is used in our business to fulfill our obligations to you. According to the Personal Data Act, you have the right to access the information that we have registered about you. If such information is incorrect, irrelevant or incomplete, you may request that the information be amended or deleted
